What will you do to maximize rent?
We do a yearly property Assessment where we look at what your property rent value is and how
much more it can be increased.
How often do you do inspections?
We do a move in inspection when new tenant moves in & a move out inspection when tenant moves out.
How do you determine what my property should rent for?
We carefully prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis. Where we look at comparable
properties. Then together we agree on a rent amount that will get your property rented.
When can I expect my monthly funds?
If paid on time by the tenant you can expect your monthly rent between 1st to 4th of every month.
What happens if the rent is late?
The rent is due on the 1st of every month and if the tenant is late the tenant pays a late fee of $50 which will be paid to you.
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start immediately.

How much do you charge for property management?
We charge monthly fee of $95 and a tenant placement fee of $125/year.

When do you start marketing and how fast can you get it rented?
We can start marketing as soon as we get a property management agreement signed and have a rent-ready property.
I already have a property management company but I am looking to switch. What do I do?
The first step would be to give your current property management company a notice of leaving once your no longer associated with your current property management company the next step would be to give us a call.
How do you screen tenants?
We look at credit check, employment verification, debt-to-income ratios, eviction history check & criminal history check.
