How It Works:

Step 1 is to call Overview PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and ask as many questions as you need. If you decide we are a good fit, we can begin the property assignment.

We do a yearly property Assessment where we look at what your property rent value is and how
much more it can be increased.

We do a move in inspection when new tenant moves in & a move out inspection when tenant moves out.

We carefully prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis. Where we look at comparable
properties. Then together we agree on a rent amount that will get your property rented.

If paid on time by the tenant you can expect your monthly rent between 1st to 4th of every month.

The rent is due on the 1st of every month and if the tenant is late the tenant pays a late fee of $50 which will be paid to you.
